The parties cross-appeal from two decisions of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. The first decision, issued January 21, 1997, granted in part and denied in part a motion by creditor Citizens Bank of Massachusetts (“Citizens”) for the allowance of fees and expenses against debtors Bahig F. Bishay and 1095 Commonwealth Avenue Corp., of which Bishay was the sole shareholder (collectively “Bishay”).
