This appeal is prosecuted from a judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court wherein it dismissed the petition of appellant, C. Lee Cook Manufacturing Company, asking a review of an award made against it by the Workmen’s Compensation Board, hereinafter referred to as the Board, in which appellee, Billy W. Hodges, was allowed $15 per week for not to exceed ten years as compensation for total permanent disability.
