PARKER, Judge.

Lee Jackson (husband) seeks review of a trial court’s nonfinal order denying his motion to vacate the default entered against him and in favor of Ayne Jackson (wife). We reverse.

The parties entered into a mediation/arbitration agreement in which they agreed to submit to a mediation or arbitration of the disputes between them surrounding the dissolution of their marriage, specifically the division of property, child support, and visitation rights.
