Appellee as the administrator of the estate of Paul Ianigro filed its final report, to which appellant filed exceptions. The exceptions were sustained in part and overruled in part.
The final report, when amended to comply with the holding of the court, was approved. The facts were found specially and so far as need be stated are, in substance, as follows: The decedent met his death through the wrongful act of the New York Central Railroad.
