ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR CLASS CERTIFICATION

BEFORE THE COURT is Plaintiffs’ Motion to Certify a Class of Similarly Situated Individuals. Ct. Rec. 12. The Plaintiffs are represented by Jeffry K. Finer and Breean L. Beggs. The Defendant is represented by Jennifer D. Homer and Jerry John Moberg.
