The plaintiffs have appealed the amount of the trial court’s assessment of costs. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
PROCEDURAL HISTORY:
The trial in this matter was held in May 2000 and the jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiffs. Defendants filed a Motion to Tax Costs pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Article 9701. Plaintiffs opposed the motion and filed their own Motion to Tax Costs. The trial judge denied plaintiffs’ motion and granted the defendant’s Motion to Tax Costs.
