Appellee, as receiver of the Farmers Bank of Steele-ville, filed a creditor’s bill in the Circuit Court of Randolph county against appellants, setting forth the recovery of certain judgments against appellant William Rieckenberg, aggregating $2,628.33; that executions were issued on said judgments and were returned by the sheriff, “no property found wherewith to satisfy the same”; that appellant, William Rieckenberg, widower, conveyed to. his sons, appellants herein, 120 acres of land each, located in Randolph county, reserving to himself as grantor therein a life estate in said lands, said…
