Supreme Court of Iowa

Decided July 19, 1995No. 94-538PublishedCited by 8 opinions

1Opinion of the Court

TERNUS, Justice.

A disabled street sweeper owned by the appellant, City of Council Bluffs, was struck by a vehicle driven by appellee, Richard Col-lister, and owned by appellee, Peggy Collis-ter. The Collisters and their insurer, appel-lee, State Farm Insurance Co., brought suit for damages. The jury found the city and the driver of the street sweeper, appellant, Michael Johnson, at fault. The defendants claim on appeal that the district court erred in instructing the jury on the duties owed by them to the Collisters. Finding no reversible error, we affirm.
