Respondent, Charlene Cremeens, and her husband, David Cremeens, instituted a civil action for money damages alleging that Mrs. Cremeens sustained facial injuries as a result of an electrolysis treatment that she had received on December 27, 1980, at a Famous-Barr beauty salon. Respondent alleged that Glemby International Missouri, Inc.
