Before the Court is a motion to vacate and set aside judgment filed by judgment debtors. For the following reasons, the motion is DENIED.

I. BACKGROUND

Judgment debtors and petitioners in this matter, Walter H. Wainright and Glenda Sellers Wainright (the “Wainrights”), .have asked this Court to vacate and set aside a default judgment rendered against them on February 18, 1993 by the late Judge Veronica Wicker.
