Appellant Sylvia Walter-Eze stands convicted after a jury trial of one count of conspiracy to commit health care fraud in *897violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1349 (Count 1); four counts of health care fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1347 (Counts 2, 3, 5, and 6); and one count of conspiracy to pay and receive health care kickbacks in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 (Count 7).
