OPINION
WILLIAM A. KING, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
Currently before the Court is the Complaint of Albert P. Massey, Jr., Trustee, to sell property free and clear and to deter mine the nature, extent and validity of lien. By Order dated January 28, 1983, this Court granted the request to sell real estate free and clear of liens. The sole issue remaining for decision is the extent and validity of the lien of the defendant, Mary Kerr, on the proceeds of the sale.
