OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Wesley L. Thompson, appeals from a judgment of conviction entered by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. For the following reasons, we affirm that judgment.

{¶ 2} Late in the evening of January 18, 2006, or very early the following morning, appellant drove to an apartment complex on the west side of Columbus to sell drugs with his girlfriend, Christina Reime.
