i This is an original action instituted in this court in which the petitioner, Southwestern Cotton Oil Company, seeks to vacate an order and award of the State Industrial Commission made and entered on May '22, 1933, in favor of the respondent, Ray Hall (claimant before ' the Commission). The parties will be referred to in this opinion as claimant and petitioner, respectively.
