The injunction order in this case was improvi-dentlv granted to the plaintiff, Palmer. He executed the note-on which the defendant obtained judgment, and the due service of process upon him is not denied. As to him the judgment was taken according to the due course of the Court, and is in all respects regular. He does not set forth in his complaint any equitable right which would be infringed by the-execution of said judgment, and of course is not entitled to in-junctive relief.
