Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance Company (“Allstate”) seeks review of the trial court’s order denying Allstate’s motion to dismiss Count II of Plaintiff, Joseph Hradecky’s (“Hradeeky”), complaint based on improper venue. 1 Because the plain and unambiguous language of the Endorsement contains a mandatory forum selection clause for bringing any suit for UM benefits in Pennsylvania, we reverse the trial court’s order and remand.
