TARLTON, Chief Justice.

This appeal is from a judgment awarding a recovery to the appellee against the appellant of the sum of $6000, as damages sustained on account of personal injuries. It is deemed proper to insert from the appellant’s brief the substance of the plaintiff’s original petition, as follows:
