Ella Cushman, widow of Clyde E. Cushman, deceased, seeks to recover under the Workmen’s.Compensation Act for the death of her husband, allegedly as a result of aggravation of a pre-existing heart condition, while in the employment and performance of his regular-duties for the Department of Public Works and Buildings of the State of Illinois. With the exception of five-months in 1942 and four and one-half months in 1944,, decedent had worked continuously for respondent since1 1921.
