Plaintiffs owned the premises and conducted a wholesale sausage and meat market business on Diamond street, S. E., in the city of Grand Eapids. Defendants wanted to purchase the property, fixtures, and business. February 1, 1927, the parties entered into a written contract, under which plaintiffs sold and defendants, jointly, agreed to purchase the property and business at the sum of $45,000, and an additional sum for merchandise, to be determined by an inventory.
