Foster, died April 29, 1964, intestate, not survived by a spouse or issue, but leaving, as appears from the statement of proposed distribution and the testimony of witnesses, as the persons entitled to her estate under the intestate laws, five first cousins once removed, namely: William A. Gilroy, Jr., Jane G. MacWhinney, Wardner Gilroy, Raymond C. Foster, Jr., and Helen M. Buckley, each of whom is stated to be sui juris.
