MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ROLAND J. BRUMBAUGH, Bankruptcy Judge.

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Debtors’ Objection to Claim of World Savings and Loan Association (“World”).

This Court has jurisdiction over this matter under 28 U.S.C. § 1334 and 28 U.S.C. § 157. This matter is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A), (B) and (E).

Prior to the Debtors’ bankruptcy, World held a deed of trust on the Debtors’ 70-unit apartment building. On November 6,1985, this Court (by former Bankruptcy Judge Jay L. Gueck) granted World relief from the automatic stay to pursue its interests in…
