Plaintiff Valentine appeals from an adverse judgment rendered in district court on a suit to recover unpaid overtime compensation under (1) Section 207 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (FLSA), 29 U.S.C. Section 207 (1976); (2) Minimum Wage Act, NMSA 1978, Sections 50-4-19 to 50-4-30 (Cum.Supp.1984); and (3) NMSA 1978, Section 50-5-1, regulating the maximum number of hours for female office employees.
