OPINION
{¶ 1} This is an appeal from the November 26, 2007 judgment entered by the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas. For the reasons set forth below, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
{¶ 2} This case emanates from a forcible entry and detainer action filed by appellees, Joel and Tammy L. Craft, against appellants, Dane and Rosalind Edwards. The property that is the subject of this appeal is located at 4936 Cork-Cold Springs Road, Harpersfield Township, Ashtabula County, Ohio.
