Plaintiff recovered a verdict for injuries received in an automobile collision, and defendant appeals from the order denying a new trial.

Plaintiff and her sister, on a Sunday evening in August, 1920, were riding in a Maxwell touring car as the guests of two young men, brothers by the name of Frederick, who resided in their vicinity. Plaintiff was seated to the right of the driver.
