CASANUEVA, Judge.

In this consolidated appeal, Ballantrae Homeowners Association, Inc., appeals the final summary judgments entered by the trial court in favor of Federal National Mortgage Association, commonly known as Fannie Mae. Fannie Mae initiated actions against the Association seeking declaratory relief and injunctive relief regarding the extent of its liability for unpaid Association assessments. Because the trial court erred in granting the motions for summary judgment, we reverse.
