MEMORANDUM OPINION

R. KIMBALL MOSIER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the court on July 21, 2010 on the motion of Jose and Carrie Ruiz (Debtors) to allow the Debtors to retain funds and on the motion of Gary E. Jubber, the chapter 7 Trustee (Trustee), for an order directing Debtors to turn over property of the estate. T. Jake Hin-kins of Hinkins Law, LLC appeared on behalf of the Debtors, and David R.
