Respondent Norman Ingber was admitted to the practice of law in New York by the Second Judicial Department on June *5925, 1969. At all times relevant herein, respondent has maintained an office for the practice of law within the First Judicial Department.

Respondent was charged in an indictment, filed June 23, 1995 in the Supreme Court, New York County, with commercial bribing in the first degree and scheming to defraud in the first degree, in violation of Penal Law §§ 180.03 and 190.65, respectively.
