Murck v. Murck

In February of 1974 Patricia Murck was granted a divorce from Sanford Murck in the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County. In that divorce decree the custody of two minor children was awarded to the mother. On October 3, 1974, Sanford Murck filed a motion in the Court of Common Pleas for change of custody. He alleged that due to changed circumstances since the divorce decree it would be in the best interests of the children that he be awarded custody.
