INZER, Justice:

This is a workmen’s compensation case. Todd’s Big Star, the employer, and its carrier, Cotton Belt Insurance Company, appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Lee County affirming in part and reversing in part an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Commission.

The commission affirmed an order of the attorney referee finding that claimant Bettye Lyons sustained an accidental injury to her back on March 13, 1971, while performing duties arising out of and in the course of her employment with Todd’s Big Star, which injury aggravated a pre-exist-ing back injury that had been…
