OPINION
DALLY, Commissioner.
This is a post-conviction proceeding brought under the provisions of Article 11.07, Vernon’s Ann.C.C.P.
The petitioner was convicted m Cause No. 11,760 in the 47th District Court of Potter County on February 1, 1963, for the offense of burglary. Punishment of imprisonment for six years was assessed. The imposition of sentence was suspended and the petitioner was placed on probation.
On May 25, 1964, the petitioner was convicted in the 30th District Court of Wichita County for the offense of robbery and sentenced to be imprisoned for nine years.
