I regret that I am forced to disagree with the law as announced in the opinion of the court in this case. Standing between the respect I have for the ability and integrity of my associates on the ohe band, and the duty I owe the citizenship of Oklahoma on the other, I must follow the guide of my conscience and in my feeble way point, if I can, to the light that shines along the pathway of right and justice.
