The superior court denied petitioner’s petition for a peremptory writ of mandate seeking to compel respondent political agencies to consider her claim presented on an alleged cause of action for the wrongful death of her husband. The writ was denied and petitioner appeals.
The death upon which the claim was based occurred November 1, 1962.
