¶ 1. Brenda Roberts and Theresa Cochran challenge the Mississippi Department of Public Safety’s (the Department) termination of their employment. Both employees were dismissed for Class Three Offenses. A hearing officer for the Mississippi Employee Appeals Board (the Board) affirmed the Department’s decision, and the full Board dismissed their appeal because it was not timely filed pursuant to the rules of the Board.
