Aley, father of Jane Aley McNeal and statutory guardian 'for Sarah Aley Poythress McNeal and Darby Aley Poy-thress McNeal, unmarried infants, and also *752as representative of any unborn children of Jane Aley McNeal, against the Citizens Fidelity Bank & Trust Company, as trustee under a trust created by said C.
