TELESCA, District Judge.
INTRODUCTION
The New York State Higher Education Services Corporation (“NYSHESC”), Credit Bureau, Inc., (“CBI”) and Alan P. Joseph (“Joseph”), are creditors who seek review of an order signed by the Honorable Edward D. Hayes, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of New York, which found them in contempt of court for willfully violating the automatic stay provided to debtors in bankruptcy pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(a).
