In this proceeding, petitioner seeks to have certain of its real property, a theatre, tax exempt pursuant to section 420-a of the Real Property Tax Law.
The Symphony Space, Inc., was formed in 1978 under the New York Not-For-Profit Corporation Law to engage in various musical, theatrical, artistic and academic activities.
