In pursuance of a judgment of the Court of Probates, affirmed in this court by admissal of the appeal, (10 Louisiana Reports, 500,) the judge of the parish of West Feliciana, in his capacity of notary public, proceeded to a partition of the estates of Margaret Coleman and John Row, sen., deceased. Jacob A.
