Presently before the court is plaintiff Robert A. Barrett’s petition for enforcement of an order issued by the Honorable Ethan Allen Doty on June 30, 1981, ordering the personnel director and the district attorney “to take whatever administrative steps are necessary to reinstate plaintiffs in their former positions with the district attorney’s office.” Ambron v.
