John Trojnacki (Landowner) appeals from the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County (trial court) which dismissed his complaint in mandamus and affirmed the decision of the Board of Supervisors of Solebury Township (Board) denying the Landowner’s final subdivision plan.
