The defendants in error,> in their bill filed in the Superior Court of Chatham county, state that they own and occupy severally, improved lots on Randolph street, in the city of Savannah, and they allege as the grievance, in the course of perpetration, against which they pray an injunction, that the defendants, to-wit, “the Savannah, Albany and Gulf Railroad Company, a corporation created by Act of the General Assembly, and Gaza way B.
