This action was instituted by the plaintiff on December 4, 1929, to recover from the defendant the sum of $275, alleged to be due the plaintiff under the terms of an oral lease agreement of certain real estate. In plaintiff’s complaint it is averred that in the month of February, 1923, by oral agreement the plaintiff leased and rented to the defendant certain described farm lands in Stillwater county for a period of two years, viz.: from March 1, 1923, to March 1, 1925, at an agreed rental of $150 per year, pursuant to which the defendant…
