We respectfully dissent from the decision of the present *479majority opinion of this court in this case, from the reasoning upon which the decision proceeds, and from the statement of facts set forth therein upon which it purports to be based. We desire to announce our adherence to the views of the law heretofore expressed by Good, J., in Central Nat. Bank v. First Nat.
