One John Corbett, a retail dealer in general merchandise in the city of Chicago, filed a voluntary petition in the United States Court for the Northern District of Illinois to obtain the benefit of the Bankruptcy law, and the plaintiff in error, Nathan Greensfelder, Was appointed trustee of the estate of the said bankrupt.
