The jury rendered a no cause verdict in the case of each of the five plaintiffs. Prom an order denying new trial, plaintiffs have appealed. In a written opinion giving his reasons for denying a new trial, the learned circuit judge conceded that one of the special .questions propounded by him to the jury was erroneous in that it contained a “mixed law and fact proposition.” Plaintiffs had argued this as one of several grounds for new trial.
