Appellants, plaintiffs in the lower court, brought suit in Barren County against the appellee insurance company to enforce judgments previously returned in their favor against Clinton Arthur Goad for damages resulting from an automobile accident. Goad was the named insured in a “non-owned motor vehicle policy” or “operator’s policy” issued to him by appellee pursuant to the provisions, of the Kentucky Financial Responsibility Law.
