CERCONE, Judge:

This appeal is from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County. We affirm.

Appellant was charged with four counts each of criminal attempt (homicide), 1 robbery, 2 aggravated assault, 3 recklessly endangering another person, 4 and conspiracy. 5 He was also charged with one count of prohibited offensive weapons. 6 Prior to trial, three of the four counts of robbery were dismissed.
