MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROBERT G. MAYER, Bankruptcy Judge.
The debtor claimed his interest in a condominium unit owned by him, his wife and their daughter as joint tenants with the common-law right of survivorship exempt as tenancy by the entirety property. The chapter 7 trustee objected because the debtor’s marital status was not recited in the deed.
