This appeal involves a dispute by two parents over their daughter J.B. (child), who ranks in the top one percent in intelligence performance with exemplary grades and also has artistic talents. After a December 1990, motion by the father J.C.B. (Father), to modify the previous decree awarding custody to S.B. (Mother) the court entered an Order in December 1992 changing custody, and Mother appeals. When the motion was filed in 1990, the child was ten years old.
