In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, the defendants appeal from a judgment of the Supreme *756Court, Suffolk County (Baisley, J.), entered January 23, 2006, which, upon so much of a prior order of the same court dated June 9, 2004, as granted that branch of the plaintiffs motion which was for summary judgment on the cause of action to recover damages for breach of contract against the defendants Marie Drago and Mary Jo Drago, and after an inquest, is in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants Marie Drago and Mary Jo Drago in the principal sum of $46,223.
