ORDER DISMISSING ACTION AND MOTION

TEMPLAR, District Judge.

On August 7, 1969, petitioner, Lowell Leroy Early, lodged with the Clerk of this Court a motion to vacate sentence and judgment pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 2255, accompanied by an affidavit in support of a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 1915.
